Why is belly fat so hard to lose? Here are 3 reasons for this and something to help you!

Belly fat tends to be the LAST place for you to see anything happen when you are trying to lose weight.
Have you ever wondered why that is?
When I did some research to look into this, I found 3 reasons that seem to be the most common.
First, is hormonal imbalance!
This was my biggest struggle and I didn’t even know it until I had been sick for a while and diagnosed with Lyme Disease.
Hormones can go out of balance and then throw everything off in your body.
This can cause sugar cravings, stress eating, always being hungry, and weight fluctuating constantly.
Second is not getting enough sleep!
Sleep is your bodys way of repairing itself.
Your body has to heal from the days activities. It needs to grow your skin, hair, and recover from illness.
Sleep also helps your body balance hormones.
Third is your gut health.
The foods you eat, the medicines that you take, and becoming sick all can damage your gut.
If your gut doesn’t function right, your body doesn’t get what it needs.
Fun fact: most of your immune system is in your gut.
So if it’s not working the way it should, you tend to get sick more.
As I started learning about these different issues, I also started learning about how supplements can help with these problems.
