It’s time to recharge before the holidays!

☀️I am so excited☀️

On Monday I am starting a 30-day clean eating challenge with some friends😍

We got together and decided that we want to be able to enjoy the holidays without our health getting in the way.

There were many holidays where I just didn’t have the energy to keep up with the hustle and bustle. I didn’t want to spend time cooking for everyone because I wanted to sleep.

There were even days where I regretted the foods I ate because I felt so uncomfortable after it all.

Some of you may or may not know that I have been battling an autoimmune disorder😔

👉Joint pain
👉Fatigue
👉Brain fog
👉Stomach problems
👉Skin problems

For the next 30 days I will be eating clean and eliminating certain foods to improve my health.

I am so excited to see how much better I can feel!

I have been slowly getting my energy, muscle tone and stamina back to where it was before I was sick…but there are still days that I just struggle.

Now I will be working on cutting out the junk from my diet.

Certain foods can

😳make you gain weight
😳make you feel bloated
😳prevent you from fighting colds or the flu!

I’m looking forward to feeling better so I can enjoy the holidays and not worry about missing anything because I’m in bed sick.

This challenge is not about starving yourself, or eating foods that you hate. It’s about making smart choices and focusing on fueling your body with the nutrition it needs.

I know my girl Sara loves our time together and I plan on enjoying everyday.

I love hiking with her. I love going on long rides with the horses. I want to enjoy the things that I love.

Come watch us on our journey and let me know if you want to tag along 💖
