Halloween is right around the corner, so I wanted to share a few tricks and treats to help you scare away those Halloween cravings!
I know it can be hard to stick to your goals during the holiday season.
TRICK: KEEP A JOURNAL
It can be helpful yo track your food intake. This will help you lose weight and maintain your weight loss goals. Journaling your intake can help keep you focused on WHY you made these goals in the first place and keep you focused on them. I recommend using an app or special notebook to help making the tracking even easier.
TREAT: PROTEIN POWDER COOKIE DOUGH
Thought you couldn’t enjoy some cookie dough AND achieve your weight loss goals? Think again.
This Healthy Protein Powder Cookie Dough recipe requires only 5 ingredients and is gluten free, paleo/vegan friendly and ready in just 5 minutes!
1 Packet of Arbonne protein in vanilla
1 Tbsp coconut flour
Pinch of sea salt
2 Tbsp + 2 tsp Unsweetened applesauce
1 tsp Unsweetened vanilla almond milk (optional but recommended)
1/4 tsp Butter extract (optional but recommended)
1/2 Tbsp Dairy-free mini chocolate chips
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the Sustain protein, coconut flour and sea salt.
- Add in the applesauce, almond milk and butter extract. Stir until fluffy and mixed. Stir in the chocolate chips.
- ENJOY right away, or chill in the fridge for 10-15 minutes! (This cookie dough is best served immediately as it does dry out quickly)

Losing weight is hard, but especially so during the holiday season.
