This is one of my favorite herbal remedies!

Taking a holistic approach has several benefits over traditional medicine.

I’m not a medical professional, but I have been learning some amazing information from the holistic practitioners that I see for some of my own health concerns.

Many of the modern medicines have side effects that can be detrimental to you health. They may help with one problem, but then cause another.

Because of the antibiotic pills and shots that I was receiving for so many months, my immune system was not functioning properly. This led to my immune system not reacting the way it should.

Proper nutrition and certain herbs can help your body fill in the building blocks that it may be missing to get the job done when it comes to fighting infection, repairing cellular damage, or even improving your ability to absorb the nutrition that you need.

This is one of my favorite herbal remedies when I get a cough, swollen lymph nodes, or even a sore throat.

Another herbal remedy that I love is the Antioxidant support. This contains a combination of Vitamins A, C and E. It also has turmeric root extract, grape seed extract, ginko leaf extract and maritime bark extract.

These herbs help to improve circulation, reduce inflammation, and support your immune system.

I call it my defense team. Before I started using this my hands were always cold, and I had a constant cough and itchy eyes during allergy season. Since using this, these problems do not affect me any more. LOVE!
