Tricks to get more fiber in your diet

Fiber is a necessity because….

  1. It keeps everything moving
  2. It keeps you feeling full
  3. It helps reduce hunger cravings

Getting the amount of fiber that you need can be difficult..

What can you do?

  • Eat oats! You can make them so many different ways. Experiment to see how you like them!
  • Chia seeds! Tons of fiber and even some protein to give you energy! They even make you feel fuller longer!
  • Flaxseeds! These guys can blend easily into shakes, sauces and even oats!
