Your thoughts are powerful. This is how you can attract more positive energy in your life.

Many times the excuses that we have in our heads are coming from the negative thoughts that we are thinking.

Your thoughts are gold.

You need to guard them carefully.

Just like feeding your body well helps it function properly, you also need to be feeding your mind well.

I’m a personal development junkie.

I have been that way for as long as I can remember.

But it took me a while to realize that I needed to believe the things that I was learning.

Your thoughts are affected by the people around you, what you read, what you listen to and your emotions.

I went through a tough spot in life where people were trying to keep me down.

They said that what I was doing wouldn’t get me anywhere and wouldn’t amount to anything.

They were saying this about things that I love.

I realized that if the people in my life couldn’t accept me for who I am, then I needed to find better people to surround myself with.

I didn’t want to stay miserable and question myself all the time.

I wanted to feel whole and I knew that what I was doing would lead to better things if I just stuck it out.

So what did I do to help me break free from the negative self talk that I had developed?

I found 5 friends who understood and were on the same mission as me.

I distanced myself from the people who were bringing me down.

I started writing in a journal at least 4-5 times a week for 10 minutes a day.

I focused more on Yoga and meditation.

I have learned that I love meditation and that it helps me clear my head and focus even when I’m under stress.

I found some great meditation audios on YouTube and an app called Audible.

There are even guided meditations to help you stay focused and relaxed.

Fresh air and some exercise is another great way to help you collect your thoughts.

Just taking a walk for half an hour can help release endorphins to reduce stress and anxiety.

I have a back road that I love to take the dogs walking on just so we can watch the birds and the deer.

I also found a supplement that helps me stay relaxed and focused.

This stick is easy for on the go and has a fresh crisp flavor.
