How much coffee do you drink?

I know many people who have a morning ritual that involves a cup, or even an entire pot of coffee. I used to be one of those people who would drink an entire pot.

May be you drink it for energy.

Maybe you drink it out of habit

Maybe you drink it because you just love the taste.

I was one of those people who used to drink coffee for energy. I was working non stop from 4am to 10pm between my full time job and the horse farm. I didn’t have time to be tired.

Can you relate? Sometimes there is just no time to slow down. This can hurt you physically and mentally though. It becomes a cycle that is hard to break.

Not to mention that coffee can cause your body to be more acidic and make certain illnesses worse if you drink a lot of it. Coffee can actually cause arthritis type conditions to flare up. There’s research that goes both ways on this though of course.

What can you do to make it better?

  • Make time for yourself- doing something that you like can help you destress and unwind.
  • Prioritize what is important- if it’s not important you don’t need to get it done right now.
  • Try not to rely on too much of our favorite morning beverage to keep us going through the day- it can contribute to some health problems that cause fatigue.

I have noticed that since I started my health journey, it has become much easier to cut down on the amount of coffee that I drink. Not only am I not as tired, but I don’t crave it like I used to…. by the way I found out the other day that craving coffee can actually mean that you have a vitamin/mineral deficiency.

You need to check out these fizzy sticks! They have really helped me get my energy back.

Before I started using these products, I was taking things that would treat the symptoms that I was experiencing. As time has gone on though, I don’t need to do this any more. Healing yourself from the inside out helps you so much more in the long term. Why would you choose to use  a short term quick fix?

It’s not even like it’s something that I have to take all day long. Just one stick a day and I’m good to go.

I don’t have that caffeine crash any more. I’m not as hungry throughout the day. I also don’t get that feeling that I just need to take an afternoon nap as much any more. Those used to be a regular thing on my schedule, lol.

Coffee tastes amazing and it does give a little sunshine to the day. But what if you could actually have more energy while feeling better over time?

Between having more energy and my continued fat melting success, I have been pretty happy.

Until next time!
