WOW!

This makes so much sense though because your body is made of as much as 73% water. So when you let yourself become dehydrated, it’s not able to function properly.

Your skin relies on water to stay healthy and youthful looking as well!

I was reading an interesting article in Woman’s World, and I wanted to share with you one of the benefits that was talked about.

It discussed how sugar and high-fructose corn syrup in soda, as well as the phosphoric acid found in some drinks, block the growth of the collagen that keeps your skin firm. They wear away skin-tightening elastin. Just by trading out your other drinks for water, you skin will be able to start healing and firming up.

As we age, our bodies don’t produce as much collagen as they used to. Feeding your body the proper nutrition can help you look and feel younger.
