Weight loss: the morning habit that will help you
Weight loss: the morning habit that will help you
People are creatures of habit.
You will always stick to the things that are familiar.
These are things that you are comfortable with, and it can definitely be hard to try something different.
I think this is why it’s so hard to work on weight loss and fitness goals.
Many times these require that you adopt new habits in order for you to see results.
How can you make this easier on yourself?
First, you don’t want to try to make big changes all at once. Pick smaller changes that you can start with.
In the skinny in 30 challenge, I will be giving you 30 small habits that you can start using and doing.
Right now I’m doing this challenge on my Facebook page, and already there are so many of my viewers participating.
The first habit that I recommend starting with, is drinking 20 sips of water each morning.
Why 20 sips?
There were actually researchers who did a study and found 20 sips to be the ideal number to consume.
Leave a glass or bottle of water next to your bed.
Make this the first thing that you do when you wake up each morning.
Each day you do this, it will become easier and easier.
It takes 30 days to develop a new habit for yourself.
If you can do this 31 days in a row, you’ll be in good shape!
Drinking water is one of those things that you know you NEED to do, but it’s still hard to do.
Here’s what those 20 sips will do for you
