Day 14 of the clean eating challenge

I probably should have done more coverage over the past two weeks, but I wasn’t sure that there was enough to talk about at the time…

I am almost 2 weeks into the clean eating challenge now 🙌🏻

I had some trouble in the beginning as everyone does when they start changing their diet or introducing new supplements. I was a little bloated and my stomach just wasn’t cooperating.

I doubled up on my probiotics for a couple days and this definitely solved the problem! Things are back to normal again.

Because of all the antibiotics that I was taking for almost a year, my gut health is not the best.

I’m on my way to making it much better though!

Things that I have noticed so far…

I’m not snacking as much through the day

I’m drinking more water

I’m not as groggy when I wake up

My skin is clearing up in problem areas

Many health conditions are created or even made worse when your gut isn’t functioning properly.

I know clean eating sounds like a difficult thing to do.

Making gradual changes to your diet can make the transition easier. I was told that in the beginning to adjust 1-2 of my meals per day.

As time goes on, I have found that I’m not craving the sweets and snack that I was. This is because of the good nutrition going in and the build up of bad stuff being removed.

What’s holding you back from feeling better in your own skin?

Doubt is the thief of joy.

Let’s talk about how the 30 day clean eating challenge can transform your health and empower you to be your best🧚‍♀️
