With everything that is going on in your day, exercise is usually the last thing on your mind.

You’re tired after work. The kids need to do homework. You need to do laundry and make dinner….

The list is never ending.

Walking has some great benefits for your health though!

  • Reduce stress
  • Improve glucose regulation
  • Improve blood pressure
  • Strengthen bones and muscles
  • …and if you are outside, you will be getting that mood boosting Vitamin D!

I challenge you to join me in getting healthy! I challenge you to get more steps into your day.

Starting May 23, 2018 we will be getting up, getting going, and getting healthier.

We will be finding ways to get more steps into our days while at home, the grocery store, or even at work.
